I have recently placed many of my rugs, tote bags and headbands in The Artisan Shoppe located in the Lafayette Square Mall. The Shopppe is open on Mon. Thurs. Fri. Sat. from noon till 7 PM. The Artisan Shoppe highlights many local artisans and is a great place purchase unique and interesting items.

No this is not one of my rugs but I will be reweaving this vintage rug with new warp while keeping the original pattern and "turkey tracks". When finished it will be a beautiful rug that will last for many years. The Loom Room can repair most damaged rugs for as little as $0.70 per inch..... so don't throw out Grandma's rugs instead let The Loom Room bring them back to life.

The Appalachian Ohio Fiber Guild was formed in 2007 by Marlene Gruetter to fill a need for an organization that brings together people with a love for a wide range of fiber-related activities. The Fiber Guild meets at the Willow Wood Antique Mall in Rio Grande,Ohio the second Sunday of each month from 2:00 PM- 4:00PM. Visitors and new members are welcome.
The Fiber Guild recently "fiber bombed" the town clock in Gallipolis, Ohio. Each member created a fiber piece either through knitting, crocheting, felting, spinning, tatting, quilting, or weaving
